How to give Feedback or make a complaint
We welcome your feedback and take complaints seriously.
If something does not feel right, we want you to tell us. You can make a complaint in the way that is easiest and most accessible for you.
You can:
Your complaint does not have to be in writing.
Tell us what happened in your own words, what you would like to happen next, and how you would like us to communicate with you. If you need help to make or understand a complaint, please tell us and we will support you to access an appropriate communication method.
Making a complaint will not affect your right to receive safe, respectful and quality supports from us.

- ask someone you trust, such as a family member, advocate, Support Coordinator or other support person, to help you make a complaint
- use an interpreter, communication aid or other communication method that works for you
- ask us for information in a different or more accessible format
- make your complaint anonymously, where possible
What we will do
We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as practical, listen without judgement, explain the process and keep you informed. We will assess the concern fairly, take reasonable steps to resolve it and let you know the outcome and any review options.
Your rights when raising a concern
You can complain without being treated unfairly or having your support affected. We will respect your privacy, only share information where needed to manage the concern, and provide communication support or an interpreter where practical.
If you are not satisfied
You can ask for the decision to be reviewed, seek independent advocacy, or contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
