Your plan and circumstances are unique. You can ask providers questions about their services, availability, communication and whether they are a good fit for you.
Words you may hear
SIL means Supported Independent Living. A support coordinator may help someone understand and use their plan. If a word is unclear, it is okay to ask for an explanation.
