Short-Term Accommodation, often called STA, can provide a short stay away from home with support. We will discuss your goals, support needs and the type of stay you are looking for before confirming whether our current service is a good fit.

A short stay with support

STA may involve a short stay with the support needed for daily life, participation and wellbeing. What is included depends on the person’s plan, needs and agreed arrangements.

Planning together

We start with a clear conversation about the person’s routines, communication, support needs and what they hope to get from a stay.

Availability and suitability

We will be clear about what is available and whether we can safely provide the support required. We do not promise a place or funding outcome before this has been confirmed.
